ADVANTA™ and ADVANTA-OPEN™ are hearing aid DSP hybrids featuring the ADRO® amplification technology from Dynamic Hearing on Sound Design Technologies' VOYAGEUR™ platform. ADRO® is a high-end alternative to standard compression schemes used in hearing aids, and employs fuzzy logic and an adaptive algorithm to optimize the hearing aid signal so that sounds remain within the dynamic range of the listener. Fitted with in-situ measures, ADRO® separates the audio signal into 32 independent channels, providing users with an extremely clear and natural sounding output.

The ADVANTA Software Suite includes the following applications to be used in your engineering tasks; ADVANTA Modeler, ADVANTA Cal/Config, and ADVANTA IDS. ADVANTA Modeler is a program that can be used to measure a microphone's and a receiver's sensitivity, as well as a receiver's saturation levels. ADVANTA IDS (Interactive Data Sheet) is an engineering tool that can be used to evaluate the electro-acoustic performance of ADVANTA. ADVANTA Cal/Config is a program used to perform a fully automatic calibration of ADVANTA Hybrids.

SOUNDFIT® is Sound Design Technologies' simple, easy-to-use fitting software. It supports ADVANTA-based products as well as other products from Sound Design Technologies. The SOUNDFIT Customization Software allows hearing instrument manufacturers to customize SOUNDFIT to their own product line and distribute it to other parties.
